新修订的《动物防疫法》规定对跨省运输动物实施指定通道管理。自2021年12月1日河南省对入豫动物实施指定通道管理以来，经指定通道入豫的动物运输车辆比例仍然较低。为加强入豫动物调运监管，有效防控重大动物疫病，保障养殖业健康发展和人民群众身体健康，本文对河南省指定通道制度实施现状、存在问题及相关原因进行了分析，并提出了核查车辆信息、查处违法行为、加强宣传教育等9个方面的建议，以期为运输动物经指定通道入豫监管提供借鉴。

Considerations on Strengthening the Supervision for Animals Transported into Henan Province via Designated Pathways

Any animals transported across provinces should be subject to the management of designated pathways as stipulated by the latest revision to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Animal Disease Prevention. Since December 1，2021 when the management of designated pathways for any entry animals was implemented in Henan Province，the proportion of vehicles transporting animals into Henan via designated pathways was still low. In order to strengthen the supervision for distribution of entry animals，effectively prevent and control any major animal diseases，and ensure the healthy development of aquaculture and the public's health，the status，current problems and relevant reasons concerning the system of designated pathways were analyzed in the paper，followed by corresponding recommendations including checking vehicle information，investigating and dealing with any illegal acts and strengthening the improvement of awareness and education，which was expected to provide a reference for future supervision for animals transported into Henan Province via designated pathways.
